Thank you for choosing Honey's Financial Services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand how it works.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given for any payments made.
  • SENDING A PAYMENT WILL ACT AS AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS OF MY SERVICES.
    • ALL SERVICES WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY SHOULD YOU VIOLATE YOUR PAYMENT AGREEMENT. 
    • THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER LETTERS SENT ON YOUR BEHALF OR UPDATES GIVEN FOR NON-CLIENTS. ALL COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL WILL CEASE and EMAILS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
    • In the event of non-compliance with the rules or harassment of any kind, YOU may be dismissed as a client or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse service based on safety. 
    • There will be no "microwave,” or "hot and ready clients" tolerated. You will be refunded, and all business communications will cease.  
  • Once you make a payment, you have 24 hours to cancel and request a refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given for any payments made.

Monthly Services

  • If you are on a monthly plan, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle starts.
  • Monthly payments are automatic. If you cancel after the billing date, no refunds will be issued for that month.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to cancel any third-party credit monitoring services associated with our program. We do not manage cancellations for those services.

Exceptions

  • Refunds or adjustments may be considered in special cases, but they are not guaranteed. Each situation will be reviewed individually at our discretion.
