  • How do I get started with credit repair?

    To begin, you need to:

  • What documents do I need to send?

    You must email the following information in ONE email to honeysfinancialservices@gmail.com:

    • Identity IQ login (Username & Password)
    • CFPB login (Username & Password)
    • Copy of your Driver’s License
    • Proof of Address (Utility bill, bank statement, W-2, etc.)
    • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
    • Screenshot of your initial payment & Order #
  • How long does the credit repair process take?

    The dispute process takes 7-9 calendar weeks (35-45 business days) for updates. Please do not contact us asking for updates before this timeframe.

  • Can you guarantee credit repair results?

    No! It is illegal for any credit repair company to guarantee results. However, we follow proven strategies to help improve your credit.

  • How Does The Split Payment Payment Plan Work?

    Our Split Payment Plan lets you pay half of the total cost upfront and the other half 30 days later. If you run into any issues and can’t make the second payment on time, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to work out a solution that fits your situation.

  • What happens if I don’t follow the instructions?

    ⚠️ Your progress may be delayed if you:
    ❌ Apply for new credit or loans (causing hard inquiries)
    ❌ Allow new negative accounts (late payments, collections, etc.)
    ❌ Cancel your Identity IQ subscription
    ❌ Fail to follow the process as outlined

  • How do I track my credit progress?

    You will keep your Identity IQ account ACTIVE to track changes to your credit report. DO NOT refresh your report—we will handle that for you.

  • Do you offer credit coaching?

    Credit coaching is NOT included in the standard credit repair packages. If you need personalized advice, you can book a paid phone consultation.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    No refunds are given once your dispute letters are sent. Our time and effort go into every case, so all sales are final.

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

    If you violate your payment agreement, your services will be immediately terminated—no further disputes or updates will be provided.

  • When can I apply for new credit?

    You should NOT apply for new credit while we are repairing your credit. After the process is complete, we will guide you on the next steps to build positive credit.
